We spent a tremendous amount of time and money trying to get our timeshares sold to no avail. A potential sale was never generated. They did a lot of talking instead of producing. It was quite chaotic! In other words, they took our money, and provided low quality service. Then we received a call one day from Bill Griffith, from NTHC, who we were totally leery of and didn't want to have anything else to do with [the] SALE OF ANY TIMESHARES by any company. We had figured, we can sell it ourselves and we don't need anybody else to take advantage of us. Bill talked and we listened and he was so sweet and honest we gave him a chance and guess what? QUALITY SERVICE IN MINUTES. Monica Stephens has been a great asset to this company, as she took us under her wing and held our hands and told us exactly how she's going to market our timeshare. She sold our past timeshare in days and being as conscientious as she is, the Woodstone will sell this year. YOU GO GIRL! Wow! NTHC is a great company that you can trust. AND THAT'S WHAT YOU NEED WHEN YOU'RE DOING BUSINESS WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT MEANS WHAT THEY SAY! GREAT JOB TEAM! We love ya, and you best believe your name will go out from our mouths to a positive outlook for the future!!

Thanks for selling my timeshare for me. I had tried to sell it through many companies prior to you and was unsuccessful (Copeland Marketing, Smart Timeshares, A-1 Marketing, Timeshare Adventures, Remax). I wish I had come to you first.

I am pleased to say that your staff are a great group of people. I have tried other companies for selling and renting my timeshare properties but had no results. Since I have discovered NTHC, I have had much success. The other companies just took my money and wasted my time. I thank God that I have found a company that really gets the job done!

Timeshare Owners: I'm sure all of you have heard of horror stories about selling a timeshare. But I would like to tell you about my positive experience of selling two (2) timeshare ownerships. Yes, it's very important and critical that you find a reliable, honest, hard working company to market, list, and sell your timeshare. I DID JUST THAT. I partnered with The National Time Share Help Center in Elkton, VA. And I was successful in selling my timeshare ownerships in both a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price. I have nothing but praise for the Sales Executive, Monica Lam Stephens that I worked with. She was GREAT. She was dedicated, professional and attentive to my many demanding emails and phone calls. She always provided me pointers on counter offers and guided me down the right path to a successful sale. THANKS Monica for a GREAT job.

Dear Mrs. Stephens: I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated all of your hard work and dedication in helping my wife and I acquire our dream time share. If it was not for your help there is no way we could of been able to purchase it. If it is alright I would like to tell your customers and co-workers a little bit about how Mrs. Stephens helped us get our dream time share. We had visited Massanutten several times and really liked the property and wanted to buy there. We had been on several of there tours and liked what they showed us but the property we really loved was the older bigger units the Mountain Side Villa's. To us they just looked more rustic than the newer units they were building. Our main problem like many others was of course was money. We just didn't have tens of thousands of dollars to put in a time share. We started looking for other options and sooned discovered we could buy a used time share for a lot less than a new one and still enjoy all of the amenities the resort had to offer. I called one of the resale companies in the Massantutten area and Mrs. Stephens answered the phone. I told her that we wanted to buy in at Massanutten and we wanted the Mountain Side Villas units and because we live in the deep south we wanted it to be in the winter because we like to play in the snow and we don't get it down here very often. The last time we got a really good snow was in 1973. I also gave her our budget for what we thought we could afford. I thought she would laugh at me or if nothing else take down my information and we would never hear back from her. I could of never been more wrong thank God. Mrs. Stephens kept in contact with us kept telling us she would find us what we were looking for. At one point my wife said why don't we just give up and I called Mrs. Stephens to tell her to take us off her list of potential customers. She would do no such thing she said she was not going to give up on helping us find our dream time share and we couldn't either. Than one day a client came to her and said he had two weeks for sale one in the winter and one in the summer. He didn't care which week he sold he just wanted to sell one of them. Well Mrs. Stephens called us up and told us about it. We made the man an offer for his winter week, which just happened to be Christmas week by the way, and although the offer was less than what his asking price was and with the help of Mrs. Stephens he accepted our offer and now we own what we thought at one time was just a dream. Shortly after we bought our week my cousins husband died of cancer. That Christmas my wife and I took her and her two children to Massanutten at Christmas time. My cousin and her children had the time of there lives and still talk about that vacation today. There is no way any of it would not of been possible if it was not for the hard work and dedication of one Mrs. Monica Lam Stephens. Thank you for not giving up on our dream. If you would like to share this letter with any one you certainly have our blessing to do so. God Bless You.

I purchased my first timeshare property through the National Timeshare Help Center, through Monica Lam Stephens. She explained and helped me understand timeshare ownership, and walked me through the process step by step. The sale and closing was handled very efficiently. This company is honest and provides exceptional customer service. Since that purchase I have bought 3 more timeshare weeks, one of which I am now selling through Monica. I highly recommend this company!

When Wendy and I walked into your offices I was very skeptical about any help you could provide for us. We were reaching the point of desperation. We owned 2 time slots at Massanutten. One in Eagle Trace the other at Summit. Three years ago we fell on economic hard times and could no longer afford the yearly maintenance fees. We tried other ways of disposing of the Timeshares. We paid Century 21 six hundred dollars. No results. Could not even find listing on their web site. Yes we were scammed!! I even was ready to pay somoene to take them off our hands ($4,500). We were unable to pay our 2008 maintenance fees. It went into collections. I was then dealing with a rude and crude collection agency. Then your call came, first we had an offer on the Eagle Trace. Of course I said sell! Then another call with an offer on the Summit. Sell, sell, and sell!!! The collection agency kept telling me that no one sells timeshares, that no one would buy timeshares. You proved them wrong, much to our joy! Then transaction was timely and painless. I will continue to use your services. You are the best in my book. I will highly recommend you to all our friends and family.

Elaine and I wish to express our thanks to you, Marlene, for your assistance in selling our timeshare property at Massanutten Resort. When we decided to sell our property, we listed it with your company with the hope that it would sell within a year. We were quite surprised and very happy when we received your call, less than 24 hours after listing the property with you, indicating that it was already sold. Thank you again for your assistance.

I just wanted to say thank you [Adam] for the great accomodations both in Kona and in Kahana. Sorry for bothering you after reading the feeback on the internet about the Sands of Kahana. I should have trusted your suggestion better since you have always taken great care of us.

We have nothing but praise for National Timeshare Help Center and the professionalism displayed by Marlene and Monica Lam Stephens in handling our recent Worldmark Timeshare resale purchase. Marlene and Monica helped to fulfill a timeshare ownership dream and, as a bonus, saved us $1,000's of dollars off the retail purchase price for an identical membership. Marlene and Monica went the extra mile, helping us find our timeshare and understanding the details of our purchase. Their excellent service met all our expectations and beyond. We would have no hesitation dealing with National Timeshare Help Center for any future business transactions. Thank you, Marlene and Monica, for making our vacation dreams come true!

What a pleasure to work with Monica Lam Stephens, Licensed Real Estate Agent with National Timeshare Help Center. After years of frustration, and paying three different groups a couple thousand dollars, who promised to sell our timeshare property, a friend referred me to Monica because she had previously helped them to get out from under their timeshare, which they no longer wanted or used. The only regret I have is that I had not contacted Monica two years ago. Instead, I had to continue paying the yearly maintenance fees on a property that I didn't want and wasn't using. Don't be taken in by groups who contact you saying they will help you to get rid of your timeshare and those ever climbing yearly maintenance fees. When it's all said and done, you are paying them several thousand dollars to relieve you of your property. Yes, you will finally be rid of the yearly maintenance fees, but you'll also be out a sizable amount of cash as well. Instead, contact National Timeshare Help Center and see what they can do for you. I'm very glad that I did.

Hello, Cindy. This past weekend was an interesting one for me and my family. We went through the Massanutten sales pitch and my wife was ready to buy. So was I. My one concern was that the sales team would not tell me how I could verify what my potential property was worth (i.e. Resale). Because of that I declined the purchase. That led me to your company, situated just diagonally from the Exxon gas station. My three kids (two little girls, one little boy) met Marlene and Kevin and the two dogs. I asked a lot of questions having been forced to quickly learn the world of timesharing. I ended up going with the Woodstone Deluxe Week 33. I try my best to be thorough in my research and even after putting in the purchase deposit kept gathering info on Woodstone and timesharing in general (still within right of rescission period). Within a day I learned average rental listings, actual rentals, resale listings, and closing prices at Woodstone. The reason I'm writing you is that even with all my research saying I made a sound purchase for my wife and kids it was almost still not enough. In the end only one thing gave me comfort and that is--the well-deserved reputation you and NTHC have here on this TUG (I joined just yesterday afternoon). Lori will receive my remaining balance payment sometime today through certified mail. I think about my family but I have you and your husband to thank for selling to me. I'm honored to do business with your company and hope the closing process will go smoothly.

Following a presentation at Massanuttan where the price was lowered 3-4 times in an attempt to get us to buy, we saw your timeshare resales sign across the street from the Exxon gas station. We met with Kevin Skipper initially (just prior to closing) and the next day with Marlene Smith. They are both honest, personable and knowledgeable about the resale market and more than willing to share information on whatever you ask them. They opened our eyes to how timeshares REALLY work. They offered a better product for a lot less money. Thanks to them we didn't make a very costly mistake.
